How to request a return or exchange
Email info.hustlersdrip@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, item name, reason for return, preferred size if exchanging, and photos when the issue is visual.
Item condition
Exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from fragrance, stains, or damage, and returned with their original tags attached.
Return shipping and fees
For an approved size or preference change, the customer pays return transit and Hustler's Drip pays the replacement's outbound shipping for the first size exchange. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Hustler's Drip covers shipping in both directions.
Discounted and multi-buy orders
Discounted and multi-buy orders are eligible for one approved size exchange within the same 7-day window. Replacement remains subject to size availability.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once verified, we will arrange the right solution.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible after the returned item clears quality check. Banks and payment providers usually reflect refunds within 5-7 business days after processing.
Availability
Size exchanges depend on availability. If the requested size is unavailable, support will confirm the available resolution before the item is returned.
